Confirming its commitment to social responsibility and action for the benefit of the community, with a focus on youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Hastor Foundation successfully carried out the project „Support for the Education of Youth from Socially Vulnerable Families.“ This initiative provided an opportunity for the local community to actively participate in supporting education, aiding students and scholars living in challenging social conditions in collaboration with the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo.
The main goal of the project was to provide financial and mentorship support to students transitioning from high school to higher education. Through regular monthly volunteer meetings from September to the end of the year, students attended educational workshops preparing them for the challenges of further education. The project aimed to help students overcome obstacles and problems they encounter during their schooling.
The support from the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo and the recognition of the activities, role, and mission of the Hastor Foundation in society emphasize the importance of collective action in doing good. Inspired to create a better future for our youth, we are pleased to have their support. Through our circle of collaborators and friends, we continue to uphold noble values that should be the foundation of our society for a better tomorrow.
