Everything we can imagine, we can achieve. Although it sounds like a platitude, the guest in the new episode of the Hastor Foundation Podcast proves that it really is. Fazira Pivić-Kahriman, experienced marketing coordinator and Hastor Foundation alumni, recalls her graduation and preparation for the business world and gives a concrete answer to the question of how and when to start entering the business world:
Preparation for entering the business world lasts the entire time of our education. While we are still students, we should be aware that the education process will end and that we should apply for a job somewhere. The best preparation for all that is to be involved as students in various projects, non-governmental organizations… The Hastor Foundation is a good foundation for that, which can prepare future employees.
Fazira also shared with us tips for a well-written CV that will motivate the employer to want to meet us. This prompted us to ask how Fazira started her career. The door that leads to the realization of her dreams and today’s successful business woman, Faziri was opened by ASA Group:
ASA as a Group, as a company was my dream. Upon entering, when I came to the Foundation, when those glass doors opened and I entered, I felt like I was in some Hollywood movies. I said that I wanted to work here, it was my idea and I kept telling everyone. They told me “you are dreaming too much”, but I kept repeating to myself “I will work here one day”. That came true for me.
