Between April 1, 2019, and October 31, 2018, the Training for Job – Training to Stay project was realized in cooperation with the Prevent Group. The project was supported by the Workforce and Higher Access to Markets Activity (WHAM) project, which is finances by USAID and implemented by IESC. The main goal of the project was to train and develop the necessary skills needed to work for the Prevent Step Bugojno company. During the project realization, five trainers were trained to instruct others throughout the project, and they’ll be able to hold quality training for future employees as well. The training program was attended by 90 people from the Bugojno municipality and nearby places, and 60 most successful candidates were given a chance of working in companies of the Prevent Group.
